If you are looking for one of the great golfing opportunities in the Fall Creek Falls area you can stay right in the park. Fall Creek Falls State Park is home to one of Tennessee’s finest public golf courses. In 1984, 1988, and 1990, the course named one of the top public courses to play in the nation by Golf Digest magazine.
The Fall Creek Falls Golf Course, designed by Joe Lee, was specifically intended to use the beauty of the Fall Creek Falls Park right into the course design. The rolling hills, forests, wildlife and challenging layout make this course enjoyable by all. The course plays from 4417 yard at the red tees to 6669 yards at the blue tees. The 71 par course is intended to provide play all handicap levels. Water is not a significant factor for play at the Fall Creek Falls Course.
However, bunkers are a major factor in the Fall Creek Falls Golf Course play. 71 bunkers weave through the course with most strategically located to protect the pin. Work on your sand game before playing this course. The longest hole plays at 544 yards on the white tees. There are four par 5’s on the course.
The course offers an on-site pro, Frank Christopher, Certified PGA Professional who is available for lessons. Please plan in advance. A snack bar, pro shop, cart rental (pull carts and riding), club rental, driving range, and practice green are available. Tee times are required (Click below)!
