The Park is criss-crossed by a whole set of trails for visitors to optimize the experiences including the wildlife, man-made lake and the water features including the eponymous Falls Creek Falls which at 256 feet are the highest in the eastern United States. The Falls Creek Falls Park stables are Located on Highway 284 and are open between March and November, weather permitting. Suitable for children, novices and the more experience, the horse ride is a gentle trail of 2 miles. Horses from the Park’s own stables are the only ones allowed on park land but there’s no need to feel restricted. The immediate area surrounding Falls Creek Falls Park boasts similar scenery and there are several public stables from where horses can be rented to see this fabulous part of Tennessee from the saddle.
